Day 1

End of Day 1
It's always a bummer when you bust your butt only to find out you've actually GAINED weight but that's ok...onward we go!  Here's my run down of my day one...

The Intake:
Breakfast: Two Eggs cooked with coconut oil
Lunch: Romaine lettuce, turkey slice, 100 calorie guacamole, 1 tbsp hummus, tomato + Juice
Dinner: Chicken, steamed broccoli and cauliflower + Juice
Snack: Honey Tangerine, Almond Mix

The Output:
CROSSFIT - 5:30am class
AMRAP - 10 min. (1/2 Cindy)
5 pull ups
10 pushups
15 squats

Day 1 - This day felt victorious!  That is, until the soreness started to kick in...BUT, first day of crossfit was GREAT!  It was very hard and it was only HALF of a normal WOD.  I came home and looked in the mirror and realized that my make up from yesterday had left it's mark!  My hair was a crazy mess - I definitely looked how I felt after my WOD!  haha!  The Crossfit box that I got to is called "Crossfit - The Bearded Rooster".  When I looked in the mirror I felt I resembled a rooster!  After straightening up my face I had to take a nap when the baby did.  My other 3 kids just ran around and entertained themselves once they woke.  For the most part I felt great!  I had a meeting at the office that night so I didn't get home until late so I thought about not going in the morning and giving myself a day off.  First day down...many to go!
